|Shredded sharp american cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
Mix macaroni, water, onion, margarine, salt, mustard and pepper in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on high (100%) 3 minutes; stir.
Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on medium (50%) until boiling, 2 to 3 minutes longer.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on high (100%), stirring every minute, until mixture is bubbly and macaroni is tender, 3 to 4 minutes.
