Macaroni Gumbo

Ingredients
  Chopped onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Canned tomatoes 28 Ounce, cut up (3 1/2 Cups)
  Clam broth/Canned clam juice 20 Ounce (2 1/2 Cups, 2 Cans, 10 Ounce Each)
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Bay leaves 2
  Tabasco 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Macaroni shell 8 Ounce (Uncooked, 2 1/2 Cups)
  Frozen cut okra 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Shucked oysters 2 Pint, drained
  Shrimp 1 Pound, shelled and cleaned
  Canned crabmeat 6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained and boned (1 Can)
Directions

Saute onions and garlic in butter or margarine in 5-quart saucepan or dutch oven until golden.
Add water, tomatoes, clam broth or clam juice, salt, oregano, bay leaves and Tabasco.
Simmer, covered, 40 minutes.
Bring to a boil; add macaroni, then add okra.
Cook, covered, 8 minutes, or until macaroni is al dente, stirring occasionally.
Stir in oysters, shrimp and crab meat.
Cook 5 minutes longer.
