Macaroni And Cheese In One Pot
|Elbow macaroni||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Boiling water||1 Quart|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Pound (Medium / Old, In Chunks)|
Cook the macaroni in the boiling water with the salt until macaroni is almost tender.
Drain, then add the milk and simmer for 5 minutes.
Drop in the cheese and cover.
Keep heat low and stir occasionally as cheese melts.
Flavor and adjust the consistency to suit your taste by adding more salt, milk or cheese
