Macaroni And Cheese With Tomato
|Bacon slices||4 , cut into 1 inch pieces|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped (About 1/2 Cup)|
|Green bell pepper||1 Medium, chopped (About 1 Cup)|
|Elbow macaroni package||7 Ounce, uncooked (1 Package)|
|Canned condensed tomato soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce|
|Hot water||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Shredded american cheese/Shredded colby cheese||8 Ounce (2 Cup)|
|Buttered bread crumbs/Cracker crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Place bacon in 3-quart casserole. Cover loosely and microwave on high 4 to 5 minutes or until crisp. Stir in onion, bell pepper, macaroni, soup and water.
2. Cover tightly and microwave 14 to 16 minutes, stirring every 4 minutes, until macaroni is tender. Stir in cheese until melted. Top with bread crumbs.
