Macaroni And Cheese With Tomato

Ingredients
  Bacon slices 4 , cut into 1 inch pieces
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped (About 1/2 Cup)
  Green bell pepper 1 Medium, chopped (About 1 Cup)
  Elbow macaroni package 7 Ounce, uncooked (1 Package)
  Canned condensed tomato soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce
  Hot water 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Shredded american cheese/Shredded colby cheese 8 Ounce (2 Cup)
  Buttered bread crumbs/Cracker crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

1. Place bacon in 3-quart casserole. Cover loosely and microwave on high 4 to 5 minutes or until crisp. Stir in onion, bell pepper, macaroni, soup and water.
2. Cover tightly and microwave 14 to 16 minutes, stirring every 4 minutes, until macaroni is tender. Stir in cheese until melted. Top with bread crumbs.
