Tuna Macaroni Casserole
|Frozen chopped broccoli||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Uncooked elbow macaroni||7 Ounce (2 Cups)|
|Canned tuna in vegetable oil||14 Ounce (2 Cans, 6 1/2 Or 7 Ounce Each)|
|Chopped celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Condensed cheddar cheese soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Milk||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
1. Heat frozen broccoli in microwave oven just until thawed (about 3 minutes at HIGH); drain.
2. Cook macaroni following recipe for Cooked Pasta.
3. In a 3-quart glass casserole, combine cooked macaroni, un-drained tuna, salt, drained broccoli and celery.
4. Blend condensed soup and milk; add to tuna mixture and mix well. Cover with an all-glass lid or plastic wrap. Cook in microwave oven about 10 minutes at HIGH, or until thoroughly heated; stir occasionally.
