Tasty Macaroni And Cheese

Ingredients
  Uncooked macaroni 8 Ounce (2 Cup)
  Hot water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Margarine/Butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

1. Mix macaroni, water, margarine, onion, salt, pepper and mustard in 2-quart casserole. Cover tightly; microwave on high (100%) 5 minutes; stir.
2. Cover tightly and microwave on medium (50%) to boiling, 4 to 6 minutes.
3. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover tightly and microwave on high (100%), stirring every 4 minutes, until mixture is bubbly and macaroni is tender, 10 to 12 minutes.
