Sausage Macaroni Skillet

Ingredients
  Bulk pork sausage 1⁄2 Pound
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Fresh / Frozen)
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon (Fresh / Frozen)
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Elbow macaroni 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

In skillet lightly brown the sausage.
Add green pepper and onion.
Cook till vegetables are tender.
Drain off fat.
Stir in tomato sauce, macaroni, sugar, chili powder, 3/4 cup water, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Cover; simmer till macaroni is done, about 20 minutes.
Blend in sour cream.
Heat through but do not boil.
