Macaroni Bake

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Cooked shell macaroni 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced ham 4 Ounce, cut into pieces (1 Package)
  Dried parsley flakes 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in 2-quart glass casserole. Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap.
2. Microwave on ROAST for 4 minutes. Stir; recover, and continue cooking on ROAST for 4 to 6 minutes or until hot.
