Classic Macaroni And Cheese
|Elbow macaroni||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Shredded mild cheddar cheese||8 Ounce (2 Cups, Sargento Classic Supreme Or Fancy Supreme)|
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
In medium saucepan, melt butter and cook onion about 5 minutes or until tender.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
Gradually add milk and cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
Remove from heat.
