Classic Macaroni And Cheese

Ingredients
  Elbow macaroni 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Shredded mild cheddar cheese 8 Ounce (2 Cups, Sargento Classic Supreme Or Fancy Supreme)
Directions

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
In medium saucepan, melt butter and cook onion about 5 minutes or until tender.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
Gradually add milk and cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
Remove from heat.
