Pimento Mac And Cheese
|Elbow pasta||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Water||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
|Half & half||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Four cheese||8 Ounce|
|Pimento||2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped|
1. In a deep pan, pour water, allow to boil, add salt and the elbow pasta, allow to cook for about 10 minutes or according to the pack instructions. Drain and keep aside.
2. In a frying pan, pour half & half,add pimento and four cheese, mix well to incorporate all ingredients, cook on medium heat until the sauce thickens.
3. Add elbow pasta and toss to mix, cook for few minutes, season with pepper.
4. Serve with your favorite broiled bread and beverage.
