I've been wanting to make this for months. I thought it up one day while thinking about making some pimento cheese... I'm glad I tried it because it turned out really good. I wouldn't make it this way every time but it's worth having once in a while.
Pimento and mac cheese is a favorite and the chef here puts up in a few simple steps. Mac and cheese is a everyday dish, so why not give a little twist to the dish by add a few pimentos for a change. Definitely a dish to try on after a hectic day at work.
