Microwave Macaroni And Cheese

  Low fat milk 2 Cup (32 tbs), divided
  Margarine 2 Tablespoon (Mazola)
  Red pepper 1 Small, chopped
  Green onions 3 , sliced
  Dijon-style mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hot pepper sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Corn starch 3 Tablespoon
  Pasta curls 7 Ounce, cooked, drained
  Frozen chopped broccoli 10 Ounce, thawed, drained (1 Package)
  Shredded cheddar cheese 8 Ounce (2 Cups)
  Diced cooked ham 1 Cup (16 tbs)

In 2-quart microwavable bowl or casserole combine 1 1/2 cups of the milk, the margarine, red pepper, onions, mustard, salt and hot pepper sauce.
Microwave on High (100%), 4 minutes.
In small bowl stir remaining 1/2 cup milk and corn starch until smooth.
Add to mixture in bowl.
Microwave 4 minutes, stirring twice.
Stir in pasta, broccoli, cheese and ham.
Microwave 4 minutes or until hot.
Stir before serving.
