Macaroni & Cheese
|Elbow macaroni||2 Cup (32 tbs) (uncooked)|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sharp processed american cheese||8 Ounce|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook macaroni in boiling, salted water until tender; drain.
In saucepan, melt butter; blend in flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and pepper.
Add milk; cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
Add cheese, stir until melted.
Mix cheese sauce with macaroni.
Turn into 11/2 quart casserole.
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
