|Olive oil||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Onion||1 , finely chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), smashed and chopped|
|Oregano||1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)|
|Chopped parsley||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Ground beef||1⁄2 Pound (250 Gram)|
|Lean ground pork||1⁄2 Pound (250 Gram)|
|Canned tomatoes||42 Ounce, drained and chopped (1.5 Cans, 28 Ounce/796 Milliliter Each)|
|Macaroni||3⁄4 Pound, cooked (375 Gram)|
|Ricotta cheese||3⁄4 Pound (375 Gram)|
Heat oil in skillet.
Add onion and cook 3 minutes over low heat.
Stir in garlic, seasonings and meats; cook 5 to 6 minutes over medium heat stirring often.
Mix in tomatoes and correct seasoning.
Continue cooking 10 to 12 minutes over low heat.
