Ingredients
  Elbow macaroni 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned tomatoes 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), crushed
  Chicken broth and seasoning mix 1 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Packet)
  Dijon-style mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Part skim ricotta cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced bell pepper 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small casserole sprayed with a release agent.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
