Broccoli Bake With Macaroni

Ingredients
  Water 2 Quart
  Broccoli 1⁄2 Pound
  Cooked macaroni 4 Cup (64 tbs) (2 Cups When Dry)
  Low fat cottage cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Shredded low fat mozzarella cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Put the water in a large pot and bring to a boil.
Meanwhile, chop the broccoli but separate the stems from the florets.
When the water boils, add the broccoli stems and allow them to cook for 3 minutes.
Then add the chopped broccoli florets and cook for another 3 minutes.
Drain.
Mix the broccoli, macaroni, and cottage cheese together in a large bowl.
Set aside.
Coat an 11 X 7-inch baking dish with no-stick spray.
Spread the macaroni-broccoli-cottage cheese mixture in the dish.
Beat the eggs.
Add the pepper, paprika, and mustard to the eggs and pour this mixture over the broccoli.
Top with mozzarella.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
