Macaroni And Cheese Supreme
|Elbow macaroni||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||11 Ounce|
|Cheese||6 Ounce, shredded|
|Yellow mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Cooked spinach||2 Cup (32 tbs), drained|
|Lean meat||12 Ounce, diced|
Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain.
Combine mushroom soup, cheese, mustard, salt, and pepper.
Add macaroni; stir well.
Spread cooked spinach on bottom of lightly greased 13 x 9 in. (33 x 23 cm) baking dish.
Top with meat.
Spoon macaroni mixture evenly over entire surface.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 40 minutes.
Allow to cool 15 minutes before serving.
