Macaroni Cheese

Macaroni Cheese has a fine taste. Macaroni Cheese gets its taste from macaroni mixed with cheese sauce. Macaroni Cheese is inspired by many restaurants around the world.
Ingredients
  Macaroni 315 Gram
  Cheese 150 Gram, grated
For cheese sauce
  Butter 100 Gram
  Flour 1⁄4 Gram
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Milk 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Cheese 90 Gram, grated
  Freshly black ground pepper To Taste
Directions

Cook pasta in boiling water in a large saucepan.
Drain well and turn into a greased large ovenproof dish.
To make sauce, melt butter in a saucepan over a medium heat.
Stir in flour and mustard and cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
Remove pan from heat and whisk in milk.
Return pan to heat and cook, stirring, for 5-6 minutes or until sauce boils and thickens.
Stir in cheese and black pepper to taste.
Pour sauce over pasta, sprinkle with cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes or until hot and bubbling and top is golden.
