Macaroni Cheese Cups
|Uncooked elbow macaroni||3 1⁄2 Ounce (Half 7 Ounce Package)|
|Cubed cooked ham||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sharp process american cheese||4 Ounce, diced|
|Diced sweet pickle||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped canned pimiento||2 Tablespoon|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||2 Teaspoon|
Cook macaroni following package directions; drain and cool.
Combine macaroni, ham, cheese, pickle, pimiento.
Blend together mayonnaise, mustard, and 1/4 teaspoon salt; toss lightly with macaroni mixture.
Season inside of peppers with salt; fill with macaroni mixture.
Serve in a cup.
