|Quick cooking macaroni||6 Ounce|
|Ham/Corned beef||4 Ounce|
|White sauce||3⁄4 Pint|
|Mushrooms||4 Ounce, cut into large slices|
Put macaroni in boiling salted water.
Cook for 7 minutes.
Meanwhile heat fat in frying pan and cook mushrooms, then the tomatoes.
Make white sauce and, when boiled and quite smooth, heat chopped ham in this.
Drain macaroni, mix with sauce and fried mushrooms.
Pile into hot dish and decorate with fried tomatoes.
Spaghetti may be used instead of macaroni in this recipe.
