|Grated cheese||1 Tablespoon|
|Canned anchovies/Sardines||2 Ounce (1 Small Can)|
Fry grated onion in the margarine until very soft.
Add the sliced tomatoes and simmer gently for 15 minutes.
Cook the macaroni in boiling salted water until tender.
Add to the tomato mixture.
When hot, add the can of anchovies or sardines.
Pile on to dish and garnish with grated cheese.
