Macaroni And Vegetable

Ingredients
  Gourd 250 Gram
  Chili powder/1 green chili chopped fine 1⁄4 Teaspoon, chopped
  Potato 1 Large
  Macaroni sticks 6 , boiled
  Ghee 2 Tablespoon
  Mango powder/1/2 teaspoon pomegranate seed powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Peel and cut each parval into three pieces.
Peel the potato and cut it into smaller pieces than the vegetable.
Cut the boiled macaroni into one inch pieces.
Heat the ghee in a frying pan on a moderate fire.
Fry the potatoes for five minutes, add the vegetable, salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder, or green, chilli.
Reduce the fire and keep stirring; when the vegetable is half cooked, add half a cup of water.
Cover, and cook for ten minutes.
Add macaroni, and mango or pomegranate seed powder.
Stir and cook till ft begins to stick to the bottom.
