1. In a deep 2-quart casserole with lid, combine hot water, oil and salt. Cover and microwave at 100% (high) 4 minutes or until boiling.
2. Add macaroni. Microwave at 30% ( medium low ) 13 to 15 minutes or until tender; stir after 6 minutes. Drain and rinse with hot water before serving
