Macaroni & Cheese

  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped green onion 2 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 4 Teaspoon
  Celery salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Processed american cheese slices 4 Ounce, torn up
  Macaroni 3 Ounce, cooked and drained (About 0.75 Cup)
  Chopped pimento 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Tomato slices 3
  Green bell pepper rings 3
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon

1. In a deep 1 quart casserole with lid, combine butter or margarine and green onion. Microwave, uncovered, at 100% (high) 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or until onion is tender. Stir in flour, celery salt and pepper. Microwave at 100% (high) 30 seconds.
2. Stir in milk. Microwave at 100% (high) 3 to 3-1/2 minutes or until bubbly; stir every 1 minute. Stir in cheese; microwave at 100% (high) 1 minute or until cheese melts; stir after 30 seconds.
3. Stir in macaroni and pimento. Cover and microwave at 100% (high) 4 to 5 minutes or until heated through; stir after 2 minutes. Stir in parsley. Top with tomato slices and green-pepper rings. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover and microwave at 100% (high) 2 minutes or until tomato and pepper are heated through
