Mac And Cheese

This macaroni dish is extra creamy and perfect for a slightly more sophisticated version of the easy recipe you've always loved.
Ingredients
  Cheese blend 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 6 Tablespoon, softened
  All purpose flour 6 Tablespoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Elbow macaroni 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon, grated
Directions

MAKING
1. For the cheese sauce: In a pot on medium heat, add and combine the flour with butter. Pour in the milk, cheese blend and whisk until well combined and thick.
2. For the pasta: In a pot with boiling hot water, cook the elbow macaroni until al dente.
3. Once done, remove and drain the pasta and transfer it into the pot with the cheese sauce. Mix un til well combined.

SERVING
4. Serve the mac and cheese hot garnished with parmesan cheese.
