Macaroni And Cheese With Seasonings
|Water||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Macaroni||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), uncooked|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cheddar cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs), grated|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Prepared mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Bread crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Place water and salt in glass casserole.
Cover; cook on high (9) for 10 to 12 minutes or until boiling.
Add macaroni and oil.
Cook on simmer (3) for 8 to 10 minutes or until soft.
In glass bowl, cook butter on roast (7) for 1 minute or until melted.
Stir in flour, then milk.
Cook on roast (7) for 4 minutes or until thick; stir once during cooking.
Stir in cheese and seasonings; mix briskly until cheese melts.
Mix into cooked macaroni.
Add bread crumbs and stir well.
Cover, cook on high (9) for 5 minutes or until hot.
