Milk | 300 Milliliter | |
Butter | 3 Tablespoon | |
Flour | 30 Gram | |
Cayenne pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Black pepper | To Taste | |
Mozzarella cheese | 250 Gram | |
French mustard | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
Butter cream | 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
Onion | 1/2 , chopped | |
For other ingredients | ||
Macaroni | 250 Gram , boiled | |
Parmesan cheese | 2 Tablespoon | |
Freshly ground black pepper | To Taste (For seasoning) |
GETTING READY
1. Preheat the grill to about 260 F.
MAKING
2. Heat butter in a pan. Add flour to it. Mix well.
3. Gently drop in milk and keep whisking such that everything is well incorporated.
4. Add french mustard, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Bring to boil and then mix mozzarella cheese followed by buttercream. Remove the cheesy sauce from heat.
5. In a separate bowl mix cheesy sauce with macaroni and pour it into a cedar box.
6. Generously sprinkle parmesan cheese and season with freshly ground black pepper.
7. Place the cedar box over the grill and let the macaroni and cheese cook for about 35 minutes.
SERVING
8. Serve the mac and cheese in the same box and enjoy.
