Lobster Tail refers to the meat taken from the lobster tail, usually from spiny rock lobsters; it is well-liked ingredient in a variety of seafood preparations. There are warm water and cold water lobster tails available; those differ in the quality and color of meat, and also the taste when cooked. Cold water lobster tails which are of better quality are much popular, but they are mostly expensive. Frozen lobster tails are also available. Lobster tails make exquisite choice for special dinners, where they may be served baked, broiled or boiled depending upon the dishes they form a part of.
