Ingredients
  Lobster 1 Medium
  Milk 1 Quart
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Flour 4 Tablespoon
  Cold water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Red pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by removing the meat from the freshly boiled lobster, make sure to reserve the coral and the green fat

MAKING
2.In a bowl, pour the milk and place the flour along with the butter, to prepare a white sauce
3.In a kettle, pour the cold water and add the broken claws, shell and the finely chopped tail meat
4.Heat the kettle until it reaches the simmering point, and simmer for 20 minutes
5.Remove them and drain it, then stir it into the white sauce
6.Now add the remaining meat, and cut into dice pieces
7.Finally season to taste with salt and pepper

SERVING
8.Serve with a salad or cooked vegetables, or with garlic bread
