Rice With Lobster Sardinian Style

Ingredients
  Frozen lobster tails 2 Large
  Minced onion 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Garlic clove 1 Large, minced
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned tomato puree 32 Ounce (2 Cans Of 16 Ounces Each)
  Chopped fresh basil/1 teaspoon dried basil 1 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Tablespoon (Mild Variety)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Hot cooked rice 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Directions

Boil lobster tails according to package directions.
Cool.
Remove meat from shells and cut into chunks; set aside.
Saute onion and garlic in olive oil 5 minutes.
Stir in tomato puree, basil, honey, salt, and pepper.
Simmer sauce, covered, 45 minutes.
If sauce becomes too thick while it is cooking, stir in 1/2 cup water.
Combine lobster with rice, pour hot sauce over rice, and serve.
