|Frozen lobster tails||32 Ounce, thawed|
|Melted margarine/Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dry white wine||2 Tablespoon|
|Thinly sliced green onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Bottled hot pepper sauce||1 Dash|
Rinse lobster tails and pat dry.
Use kitchen shears or a sharp, heavy knife to cut lengthwise through the centers of the hard top shells and lobster meat.
Cut through the bottom shells and separate each half.
For brushing sauce, combine margarine, wine, green onion, and hot pepper sauce.
Brush over the lobster meat.
Place lobster tails, shell side down, on the cooking grill.
Grill 8 to 10 minutes or till meat is opaque.
Pass remaining sauce with lobster tails.
