Lobster Pineapple Mold

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 2 Tablespoon
  Cold water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dairy sour cream/Salad dressing 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Canned lobster 10 Ounce
  Canned crushed pineapple 8 3⁄4 Ounce
  Chopped celery 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Lettuce 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

In small saucepan soften gelatin in cold water.
Stir over low heat till gelatin is dissolved.
Cool slightly.
With rotary beater beat in mayonnaise or salad dressing, sour cream, lemon juice, and salt till smooth.
Chill till partially set.
Fold in lobster, undrained pineapple, and celery.
Turn into 61/2-cup mold.
Chill till firm.
Unmold; trim with lettuce.
