|Frozen lobster tails||32 Ounce|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Grated orange peel||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground ginger||1 Dash|
With a sharp, heavy knife, cut down through center of hard top shell of partially thawed lobster tails.
Cut through meat, but not through under shell.
Spread open, butterfly-style, so lobster meat is on top.
Place tails on broiler pan, shell side down.
Combine melted butter, lemon juice, orange peel, salt, ginger, and paprika.
Brush over meat.
Broil 4 inches from heat till meat loses its translucency and can be flaked easily when tested with a fork, about 17 to 20 minutes.
Loosen meat from shell by inserting fork between shell and meat.
Serve with lemon wedges.
