Ingredients
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cooked peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped pimento 2 Tablespoon
  Flaked lobster 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg yolks 2 , beaten
Directions

Melt butter; add flour, salt and paprika.
Mix well.
Add milk gradually; cook until smooth and thick, stirring constantly.
Add peas, green pepper, pimento and lobster; cook for 3 minutes.
Add egg yolks; cook for 1 minute longer.
Serve on toast.
