Split Roast Lobster

Ingredients
  Lobster 2 Pound (per serving)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon, melted
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Start by splitting and cleaning the lobster, reserve the tomalley and coral
2. On a cutting board, place the lobster, legs down and hold it with a towel over the head and claws. Now to sever the spinal cord, take a sharp knife and plunge into the back where the chest and tail meet
3. Now turn the lobster over and split it lengthwise from head to tail and
remove the stomach and dark intestinal vein running through the body, discard it
4. Re-move the tomalley and the coral, and reserve it for tomalley butter

MAKING
5. Take the lobster and brush with butter properly finally and place on the grill, cut side up
6. Now grill the lobster

SERVING
7. Serve with a sauce of your choice, or salads, cooked vegetables or garlic bread
