Ingredients
  Canned lobster meat 14 Ounce
  Thin cream 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Soft bread crumbs 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , slightly beaten
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Onion 1 Teaspoon, grated
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Buttered toast cubes 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 375F

MAKING
2) Using a knife, remove the membrane from the lobster and using a fork flake the meat
3) In a saucepan, heat the cream till bubbles appear around the edges of the pan
4) Add in the breadcrumbs and lobster
5) Add in the eggs and blend well
6) Add in the parsley, onion and the salt, pepper , dry mustard and about 2/8 teaspoon
7) Bake in the oven for 15 minutes till bubbling at 375F

SERVING
8) Serve the dish warm
