Savory Rock Lobster Tails
|Chicken bouillon||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Butter flavoring||3 Drop|
|Fresh lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Ground ginger||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Chili powder||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Rock lobster tails||20 Ounce (4 Tails Of 5 Ounce Each)|
1) In a bowl, mix the butter flavoring, lemon juice, bouillon, bitters, chili powder and ginger.
2) Make a lengthwise cut in the lobster shells, place the lobster tails over a broiler rack with the flesh side up and apply the bouillon mixture over the flesh.
3) Place about 4 inches from the heated coals and broil for about 8-10 minutes.
4) Serve immediately in a nice pate.
