Lobster Rabbit

Ingredients
  Chopped green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1 Dash
  Powdered mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tomato juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated sharp cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1 , slightly beaten
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Diced cooked lobster 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Hot toast 3
Directions

MAKING
1) Place double boiler over direct heat. In the top part heat butter and cook green pepper for 2 or 3 minutes.
2) Stir in flour and seasonings.
3) Place over boiling water. Mix tomato juice. Cook stirring till thickened.
4) Add cheese, egg, and milk and stir for 3 or 4 minutes.
5) Add lobster. Heat thoroughly.

SERVING
6) Serve on toast. Place bacon strips on top.
