Curried Rock Lobster

Ingredients
  Frozen lobster tails 30 Ounce
  Boiling water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Bay leaf 1
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, minced
  Celery stalks 2 , minced
  Ground thyme 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, minced
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Bouillon cube 1
  Curry powder 2 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Heavy cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Hot cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan boil water seasoned with salt and bay leaf and cook lobster tails in it for 6 minutes.
2) Take out the tails and hold under running cold water.
3) Boil the stock till reduced to 1 1/2 cups.
4) Remove bay leaf.
5) Take out the lobster meat from shells and cut into cubes.
6) In a skillet heat butter and cook next 4 ingredients in it for 2 or 3 minutes.
7) Stir in flour. Add bouillon cube, curry, and paprika.
8) Pour the reserved stock and stir till thickened.
9) Gently add cream, lemon juice, and lobster. Heat thoroughly.

SERVING
10) In a platter, serve on a bed of rice.
