Crab Stuffed Lobster

Ingredients
  Lobster 2 Pound
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, minced
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Prepared horseradish 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bread cubes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frozen crabmeat 6 Ounce, drained, flaked (1 Package)
  Dry bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Parmesan cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat hot oven (400°F.)

MAKING
2) Halve lobster across the center. Clean and crack claws.
3) Take off liver and coral. Reserve for stuffing.
4) In a saucepan melt 1/4 cup butter.
5) Add flour, parsley, lemon juice, mustard, horseradish, and salt.
6) Gently add milk and stir till thickened.
7) Mix in bread cubes, crab, liver, and coral. Heat and stir to blend well.
8) Load into and over cavity of lobster.
9) Sprinkle crumbs and cheese on top. Dot with butter on top.
10) Place in preheated oven to bake for 25 to 30 minutes till golden-brown.

SERVING
11) Serve hot.
