|Cracker crumbs||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Melted butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), divided|
1. Have fish dealer split and clean each lobster.
2. Heat oven to 450°F.
3. Combine cracker crumbs, salt, Worcestershire sauce and 4 tablespoons melted butter or margarine.
4. Place lobsters on baking sheets or baking pans. Fill body cavity with cracker crumb mixture. Pour additional melted butter or margarine over stuffing.
5. Bake 19 minutes.
6. Serve immediately with hot melted butter.
