Baby Lobsters Mariniere
|Live lobsters||4 Pound (4 Lobsters, 1 Pound Each)|
|Boiling water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Bottled low calorie italian dressing||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
1. Plunge lobsters into large kettle of boiling, salted water. Return to boiling; boil, covered, 15 to 20 minutes. Drain.
2. Serve hot or cold, with this dip: Combine dressing and lemon juice, stirring to mix well. Allow 3 1/2 tablespoons per serving.
