Baked Stuffed Lobster

Ingredients
  Live lobsters 4 Small
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound, coarsely chopped (Fresh / Canned)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fine dry bread crumbs 4 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Tabasco sauce 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1. Start oven, set at Moderately Hot, 400° F.
2. Boil lobsters as described. Clean, and remove the meat.
3. Add lobster meat with the mushrooms to the hot butter or margarine and stir and heat 3 minutes. Then add crumbs, salt and Tabasco Sauce. Add the cream, stir and heat until the mixture is thickened.
4. Spoon mixture into the lobster shells. Bake
5 minutes or until the mixture bubbles.
