Lobster Shrimp Thermidor

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Canned sliced mushrooms 4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Diced cooked lobster/6 ounces lobster, drained 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frozen condensed cream of shrimp soup 10 Ounce (1 Can)
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
  Parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add drained mushrooms and brown lightly. Add diced lobster and cook a few minutes.
2. Stir in soup, milk, mustard and cayenne. Heat slowly, stirring occasionally, until soup is thawed and mixture is hot.
3. Heat oven to 400°F.
4. Spoon lobster mixture into 3 individual baking dishes. Sprinkle cheese and paprika on top.
5. Bake 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
