Lobster Over The Coals
|Frozen lobster tails||6 Ounce, thawed (8 Tails, 6 Ounce Each)|
|Lemons||4 , halved crosswise|
|Melted butter||2 Fluid Ounce|
With scissors, cut away thin underside membrane of lobster tails by cutting down each side.
Remove thin membrane.
Thread lobster tails lengthwise on skewers alternately with lemon halves.
Brush lobster meat with some of the melted butter.
Broil, meat side up, over hot coals for 10 minutes, brushing occasionally with more butter.
Turn and broil about 20 minutes longer, or till lobster is cooked through.
Brush occasionally with remaining butter.
Remove lobster and lemon from skewers; serve with hot lemon halves.
