Lazy Day Langoustine Newburg

Ingredients
  Light cream 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  White sauce mix 2 Ounce (1 Envelope, Enough For 1 Cup Sauce)
  Egg yolks 2 , beaten
  Canned lobster 5 Ounce, drained, flaked, and cartilage removed (1 Can)
  Dry sherry 2 Tablespoon
  Patty shells/Toast points 5 Ounce
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

Blend cream into sauce mix; cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Stir small amount hot liquid into yolks; return to hot mixture.
Cook and stir till bubbly.
Stir in Langoustine and sherry; heat through.
Serve in baked patty shells or over toast; sprinkle with paprika.
