Boiled Lobster

Ingredients
  Lobster 1 Pound
  Salt To Taste
Directions

In a deep kettle, have enough boiling water to cover lobster.
Add 2 tsp. of salt per 1 qt. of water.
Put lobster in boiling water head first.
Cover and boil for about 5 min Remove cover and simmer about 20 min.
