Scalloped Crab, Shrimp Or Lobster

Ingredients
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Flour 4 Tablespoon
  Half and half 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Cayenne 1 Dash
  Paprika 1 Dash
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Crab/Shrimp /lobster 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Soft buttered bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Melt butter.
Add flour, then half & half and seasonings.
Stir until thick.
Add crab.
Put in casserole dish and top with crumbs.
Bake at 350° for 20 min.
