Lobster En Casserole

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sliced carrots 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chopped onion 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Minced cooked ham 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Basil 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Bay leaf 1⁄2 , crumbled
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Diced cooked lobster 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Canned sliced mushrooms 6 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Shredded gruyere cheese/Brick cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Buttered bread crumbs 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Heat oven to 450°.
Melt butter in large skillet.
Add carrots, onion and ham; cook and stir until carrots are tender.
Remove from heat.
Stir in flour and seasonings.
Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is bubbly.
Remove from heat.
Stir in milk.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Boil and stir 1 minute.
Stir in lobster and mushrooms.
Pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle with 3/4 cup of the cheese and top with crumbs.
Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
Bake uncovered 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
