Lakeside Lobster Tails
|Lobster tail with shells||4 Pound, cleaned (4 Tails, 1 Pound Each)|
|Herb wine sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Prepare coals for grilling.
Cut lobster tails through center of back with knife or kitchen shears; split open.
Place lobster, shell side down, on greased grill over hot coals (coals will be glowing).
Grill, covered, 5 to 8 minutes on each side or until shell is bright red and lobster meat is white.
