Chafing Dish Lobster

Ingredients
  Corn oil 3 Tablespoon
  Spring onion 8 (Scallions)
  Tomatoes 2 , peeled and quartered
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Dry white wine/Vermouth 200 Milliliter (1 Small Glass)
  Cooked lobster meat 1 Cup (16 tbs), cut into squares
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat the oil in the chafing dish, add the bulbous part of the onions whole, leave for 1 minute then add the tomatoes and seasoning and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the wine and when it bubbles add the lobster.
Let it heat through gently, then sprinkle with lem
