Chafing Dish Lobster
|Corn oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Spring onion||8 (Scallions)|
|Tomatoes||2 , peeled and quartered|
|Dry white wine/Vermouth||200 Milliliter (1 Small Glass)|
|Cooked lobster meat||1 Cup (16 tbs), cut into squares|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
Heat the oil in the chafing dish, add the bulbous part of the onions whole, leave for 1 minute then add the tomatoes and seasoning and cook for 2 minutes.
